By accessing or using GetThatResume ("the Service"), operated by Haziq ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetThatResume is a web-based resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and export professional resumes. Features include AI-powered writing assistance, ATS scoring, multiple templates, and PDF export.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Certain features of the Service, including watermark-free PDF export, require a paid subscription of $1.49 per week. Subscriptions are billed weekly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
A free tier is available that allows users to create up to 3 resumes, use all templates, and access the AI writing assistant and ATS scorer. PDF export without a watermark requires an active paid subscription.
You retain full ownership of the content you create using the Service, including resume data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your resume content for any other purpose.

We reserve the right to display advertisements on the Service at our sole discretion. The nature and placement of any advertisements will be determined by us.
All content, design, code, templates, and branding of GetThatResume are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that resumes created using the Service will result in employment outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with Singapore law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
